This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to Opposite Party No.4 to register the written report dated 21.11.2025 under Annexure-1 and take appropriate steps against the accused person.

Puri where it is stated that Balanga P.S. Case No.15 dated 17.01.2026 has been registered under Sections 296/115(2)/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC & ST (PoA) Act. The I.O.-IIC, D.R. Panda is investigating into the case. Statement of the complainant and other witnesses are recorded under Section 180 of the BNSS. The instruction obtained is taken on record. The same be scanned and incorporated in the digital record.

In view of the development, no direction is required to be issued regarding registration of the case. It is expected that the IIC as well as the I.O. of Balanga P.S. will take steps for proper investigation of the case and apprehension of the accused persons.
