It appears that the information of the Petitioner Athagarh P.S. Case No. 266 dated 26.08.2025 has been registered where final report false under Sections 296, 334(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the BNS has been submitted against the alleged accused Banshidhar Rout and others. It also appears that on the basis of FIR dated 25.09.2025 of one Ramesh Rout – Athagarh P.S. Case No. 313

have been registered on 25.09.2025. After completion of investigation, the I.O. has submitted charge sheet dated 28.011.2025 under Section 126(2), 296, 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) of BNS against Banshidhar Rout and Manmohan Rout. It has also been stated in the instructions that there are two groups in village Dahisara one headed by Banshidhar Rout and another by Bichitrananda Padhy and there are a series of cases and counter cases which have been registered against each group and on 27.11.2025, Athagarh P.S. Case No. 415 dated 27.11.2025 under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 3(5) of the BNS has been registered on the written report one Rushi Bramha and Athagarh P.S. Case No. 416 dated 27.11.2025 under Sections 126(2), 296, 115(2), 109, 3(5) of BNS read with Section 3(1)(r)(s)/3(1)(2)(va) of the SC & ST (PoA) Act has been registered on the written report of Akul Nayak. While Banshidhar Rout has been arrested in P.S. Case No. 416 of 2025 along with Rusia Brahma and Mithun Brahma and P.S. Case No. 415 of 2025, Bichitrananda Padhy, Keshab Swain, Sanjay Das, Jiban Padhy, Lingaraj Jena, Chinmay Das, Sisir Naik have been arrested in P.S. Case No. 415 of 2025.
