1. The Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to register the FIR as per the complaint under Annexure-1 and take appropriate legal action against the FIR named accused persons.

Annexure-1 is the copy of order dated 24.10.2025 passed in C.T. No. 685 of 2024 before the learned J.M.F.C.-IV, Bhubaneswar, where the Petitioner had filed a petition for rejection of the bail order of the accused persons, but since she filed a not press memo to treat the rejection petition as not

pressed, the petition filed by her was rejected as not pressed. Annexure-2 is the complaint dated 18.12.2025 and addressed to I.I.C., Badagada Police Station, Bhubaneswar. There is no endorsement regarding receipt of the FIR by the IIC nor has the Petitioner followed the prescribed procedure of sending the complaint- to the superior officer, by registered post.

In view of the fact that no documents have been filed along with the CRLMP to establish that the FIR had in fact been submitted in the Badagada Police Station, Bhubaneswar or sent subsequently to the DCP, Bhubaneswar, I am not inclined to entertain the CRLMP.

It is open to the Petitioner to avail the alternative remedy which is available to her under law after complying with the requirements of law.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
