after giving several efforts and physical verification, the case record vide GR case No.590/2015 has been traced out in the Court of Ld. JMFC-IV(Cog Taking), Cuttack and it was received to this Court on 16.02.2026 from the Court of Ld. JMFC-IV(Cog Taking), Cuttack.

I beg to submit further that on perusal of the aforesaid case record it is found that it is pending for appearance of the accused persons since dtd. 20.10.2022. I beg your pardon for the inconvenience caused to the Hon'ble Court and this shall not be repeated in future.
