Mr. Raj Bhusan Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces the instructions dated 18.01.2026 of the I.I.C., Baisinga Police Station which reveals that Charge Sheet No.297 dated 25.07.2025 has been submitted under Section 105, 3(5) of BNS against accused China @ Jashobanta Behera, Shankuru @ Chitragupta @ Harishankar Tripathy and Anirban Bal. The instructions are taken on record. The same shall be scanned and incorporated in the digital record.

The CRLMP has been filed on 05.01.2026. It is apparent from the averments in the CRLMP that the Petitioner was not aware of the completion of investigation in the present case.

As investigation has been completed, the CRLMP is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in case she has any further grievance.
