03. 1 . The application has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 15.02.2021 passed in W.P. (C) No.5314 of 2021 and order dated 31.08.2022 passed in CONTC No.2044 of 2022.

In the writ application the order dated 15.02.2021 passed by the coordinate Bench was thus:

“In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of

certified/authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. As COVID-19 pandemic situation is continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order available in the High Court’s official website or print out thereof at par with certified copies in the manner prescribed vide Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25.03.2020 .

2. Thereafter, CONTC No.2044 of 2022 was filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the earlier order passed in the writ application which was disposed of by another coordinate Bench observing by order dated 31.08.2023:

“4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing learned counsel for the Parties, this Contempt Petition is disposed of by granting one month further time to the Opp. PartyContemnor to comply the order passed on 15.02.2021. However, if the order is not complied with within the extended time, it will be held as deliberate violation of this Court’s order.

3. Thereafter, the present application has been filed alleged non-compliance of both the above orders. The co-ordinate Bench that had disposed of the writ application is not available.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel upon instruction files memo of date enclosing copy of the communication from Collectorate, Rayagada (ST & SC Development Section) dated 26.03.2026 addressed to the Joint Director, ST & SC Development Department with copy submitted to the learned Advocate General.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Standing Counsel that the order in the writ petition regarding consideration of the representation has been complied with. The representation has been considered favourably giving appointment to the petitioner under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme.

5. In view of the compliance of both the orders passed by the coordinate Benches as noted above, the contempt petition is dropped and disposed of.
