02. 1. Petitioner’s writ appeal, i.e. W.A. No.345 of 2019 was dismissed on 29.10.2019. As the lawyers abstained from the Court work due to the unanimous Resolution passed by the High Court Bar Association, the counsel for the petitioner did not appear in the concerned W.A. No.345/2019, for which his said appeal was dismissed on 29.10.2019. The petitioner, immediately thereafter, filed this CMAPL on 23.12.2019 for recalling of the said order dated 29.10.2019, and since then this application is pending for consideration.

2. It is also seen from the office note that certain defects are required to be cured by the petitioner.

3. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and subject to curing the defects by the petitioner on or before 25.02.2026 which are pointed out in the office note, the concerned appeal, i.e. W.A. No.345 of 2019 shall be restored to its file.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the CMAPL stands disposed of accordingly.

5. The petitioner shall serve extra copy of the Appeal Memo along with the Annexures on Mr. Debaraj Mohanty, learned AGA on or before 24.03.2026, obtaining necessary acknowledgement from him in that regard.
