Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Nimapara P.S. Case No.01 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.09 of 2026 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara on the grounds stated.

Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. It is submitted that the brother of the petitioner is involved in the incident and the report as per Annexure-2 is against the informant. With such other details pleaded on record, Mr. Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegations as per Annexure-1 are false motivated, inasmuch as, there is evidence on record to show supply of materials and as such, no fake GST bills has been managed by the petitioner. Recorded the objection of the State and also learned counsel for the informant. Considering the submissions of learned counsels for both the sides and State. This Court, though not in favour of
