Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Turumungaa P.S. Case No.347 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1525 of 2025 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C. (C.T), Keonjhar on the grounds stated.

Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. This Court by order dated 18^th February, 2026 had directed the State to collect the injury report of the victim, which has been complied with. A copy of the medical examination report of the injured, namely, Krushna Chandra Nayak is produced today by Mr. Panda, learned ASC for the State and the same is gone through. The said report reveals the victim above named to have received a hemorrhage contusion with other injuries stated to be grievous in nature. Considering the nature of injuries revealed in report and the manner in which the assault was carried out by the petitioners during in course of the alleged incident, this Court is

not inclined to consider grant of pre-arrest bail to any of them, however, allows the liberty for their surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail for its consideration on merit and orders.

4. Accordingly, it is ordered.

In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender within a fortnight from today and move applications for bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 1525 of 2025 arising out of Turumungaa P.S. Case No.347 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(C.T), Keonjhar, it is directed that the same shall be entertained during the first hour followed by an order and in the event of rejection, they are at liberty to approach the Sessions Court during the second hour for orders on the same day and for the said purpose, the lower court case record and other relevant papers shall be made available at the time of hearing.
