out of Tangi P.S. Case No.413 of 2026, for commission of offences punishable under Sections 351(2)/ 303(2)/ 74/ 115(2)/ 296/ 3(5) of BNS,2023. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that omnibus allegations have been made against the Petitioners. Hence, they may be protected by prearrest bail

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail during the currency of investigation.
