Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Sundargarh Sadar P.S. Case No.55 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.190 of 2026 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh on the grounds stated therein.

Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. With reference to the affidavit of the petitioners as at Annexure-B, it is submitted to the Court by Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for them that the matter is settled with ownership of the vehicles retransferred and while calming so, he produced the copies of the vehicle particulars. Recorded the submission of Mr. Brahma, learned ASC for the State with reference to the case diary produced for the Court’s perusal. In view of the above claim by the petitioners regarding ownership transfer in respect

of the alleged vehicles, this Court, though not in favour of entertaining their bail plea is inclined to direct them to surrender before the learned court below for being released with suitable conditions and only upon verification with regard to retransfer to ownership of the vehicles in favour of the informant, namely, Sachidananda Patel.

In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of. It is directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh in connection with Sundargarh Sadar P.S. Case No.55 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.190 of 2026 within a fortnight from today, they shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs.40,000/(forty thousand only) with one solvent surety for the like amount with such other conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case subject to compliance of the directions as aforesaid.
