Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Khurda Model P.S. Case No.113 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.365 of 2026 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda on the grounds stated.

It is stated that the investigation is concluded. Since the name of the petitioner is mentioned in the FIR, hence, his apprehension of arrest by the local police. The petitioner claims to have two more antecedents but not similar in nature as submitted by Mr. Paul, learned counsel appearing for him. In view of the above submission and objection of the State being recorded and the order at Annexure-2 series in CRLMC No.1917 of 2022, this Court, though not in favour of entertaining the bail plea but directs his release upon surrender

In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda within a fortnight from today in connection with G.R. Case No.365 of 2022 corresponding to Khurda Model P.S.
