The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:

“The Petitioner, therefore, prays that the Honorable Court be pleased to admit this writ application and after hearing the advocate for the petitioner be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other suitable writ, directing the Opposite parties not to evict the petitioner from the case land i.e. C.S. Khata No.40, C.S. Plot No.69 corresponding to L.R. Khata No.230, L.R. Plot No.8 of Mouza- Krushnadaspur till disposal of the Remand Consolidation Revision No. 190/2010 before the Sub-Collector, Simulia.”

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that

the Petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-3 before

the Opposite Party No.2/Collector, Balasore for redressal of his grievance. The said representation is still pending.

In view of such facts and submission, without going into the merit of the case, the Opposite Party No.2/ Collector, Balasore is directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 by passing a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order.
