This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the

“Under such circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to admit this case and issue notice to the opposite parties to file their show cause as to why the case of the petitioners shall not be allowed and after hearing the parties, the case of the petitioners be allowed.

And direction be given to the opposite party 4 to accept the draft document of the petitioner No. 1 to 11 as the opposite party No.4 has accepted the E-Stamp of Rs. 33,000/- vide Annexure-3 and online slot booking ticket vide Annexure-4 dtd: 30.10.2024 for transaction of the sale of the land in favour of the petitioner No. 12 within a period of one week due to petitioner No.l to 11 are much needed money for purchasing of new land and payment of lone.

And/or pass any other order(s) which deem fit and proper for adjudication of the case.

And for this act of kindness, the applicant shall be ever prayed.”

On 13.03.2025, when the matter was listed and it was adjourned to today as prayer for adjournment as was made on behalf of Mr. Sanjib Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Today when the matter is listed, Mr. Sanjib Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to re-file the

same as some relevant documents have made available which reveal

that the authorities have allowed the registration of land of some villages in the same area. He files a memo to that effect which is taken on record.

Considering the submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned authority with their grievance along with copies of the relevant registration certificates relating to the villages of the same area.
