This writ petition has been filed for issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ to the Tahasildar, Badamba for taking needful steps in redressing the grievance dated 27.09.2024 within a stipulated time.

In the representation dated 27.09.2024 addressed to the Tahasildar, Kankadajodi, it is stated that the suit schedule property of Plot No.1375, Khata No.1; Anabadi instead of Rayati No.859, Mouza:Kankadajodi total measuring extended to Ac.0.08 decimal out of Ac.0.12 decimal was transferred by the Vendor, namely, Maheswar Sapua through a registered sale deed to the Vendee-Sri Bairagi Charan Das on payment of due consideration money of Rs.100/- by a registered sale deed No.2788 dated 30.12.1971. It is further stated therein that on 26.05.1981, Bairagi Charan

Das sold a portion measuring to the extent of Ac.0.04 decimal out of Ac.0.08 decimal of the aforesaid suit scheduled property to the then Secretary of Cooperative Society Ltd. Kankadajodi vide registered sale deed No.1456/1981 before the Sub-Registrar, Badamba and the petitioner has been in possession of the suit scheduled property without any disturbance from any quarter but on verification of the online portal of the Government of Odisha, it is found that the ownership of the suit scheduled property is recorded in favour of the some other person and there is also ‘access’ recording of land.

Mr.S.K.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he

wants to withdraw this writ petition in order to file a better application.

In view of availability of alternative remedy, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of its grievance.
