The petitioner has challenged the letter No.8031/XXXI85/2024/CS dated 25.10.2024 of the Sub-Collector, Bhanjanagar & Letter dated 23.10.2014 of the BDO, Surada, Ganjam debarring the Petitioner along with four other Self Help Groups and also challenged the advertisement dated 28.10.2024 issued by the Office of the Mission Shakti, Surada Block, Ganjam inviting self-help groups to register for procurement of paddy for the ensuing Kharif season 2024-25.

Mr. Ipsit Aurobindo Acharya, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that in view of changed circumstances the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty as stated in the memo filed in this regard.

A memo to that effect has been filed in Court today, which reflects as follows:-
