Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to provide layout for construction of CC/paver road from PWD road to Harijan Sahi of village Badamahuri under Kabisuryanagar block in the district of Ganjam in pursuance of issuance of work order dated 7^th February, 2024.

Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although the work order for the aforesaid work has been issued in favour of the Petitioner by the Block Development Officer, Kabisuryanagar block, but the layout of the said work has not been issued for which the Petitioner is not in a position to commence the work. In that regard, he has also submitted a grievance petition before the BDO, Kabisuryanagar-Opposite Party No.4, but to no effect. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

On instruction, Mr. Dash, learned AGA submits that the layout of the work order issued in favour of the Petitioner shall

be supplied through concerned Junior Engineer-Opposite Party No.5 within a short time.

In view of the above, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction the layout of the aforesaid work may be provided to the Petitioner by Opposite Party Nos. 4 and 5 within a period of seven days hence to enable him to commence the work.
