Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the Letter dated 19^th July, 2023 (Annexure-1) issued by the Chief District Veterinary Officer, Koraput-Opposite Party No.3, whereby the agreement signed by the Petitioner for providing manpower for M.V.U. under CSS-ESVHD has been cancelled.

Mr. Tripathy, learned AGA submits that after cancellation of the agreement for withdrawal of the scheme, the Petitioner has already received back the amount deposited for performance of the work.
