The short grievance of the petitioner is as to nonconsideration of his representation dated 22.07.2025, wherein, regard being had to 10 years of experience, he has sought to be engaged against the post of Guest Faculty in Vocational Trades.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject representation has to meet its fate at the hands of OP No.3 in accordance with law and within a reasonable time. This having not happened, he submits, intervention of the Court is warranted.

Learned ASC appearing for the OPs very fairly submits that he would instruct jurisdictional OP to look into the grievance of the petitioner in terms of the subject representation and also keeping in view the extant State Policy Guidelines. He puts a caveat that all contentions should be kept open, so that a meritorious decision is taken by the jurisdictional authority. With this proposal, counsel for the petitioner is agreeable.

In the above circumstances, Writ Petition is disposed off fixing a period of eight (8) weeks for consideration of the subject representation and to inform the petitioner the result of such consideration. All contentions are kept open.

It is open to the answering OP to solicit any information or documents from side of the petitioner, as are required for due consideration of the subject representation: however, subject to the rider that in that guise the delay shall not be brooked.

Now, no costs.
