01. Regardless of the prayer column, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client will be satisfied, if his representation dated 03.01.2025, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-10, is directed to be considered in the light of College’s Recommendation dated 10.08.2018 and also in terms of Anexure-9 series. The request column in the representation is as under:

“Therefore, I request your good authority to be gracious enough to look into the above grievance and be pleased to correct the date of admissibility of my post Economics from the session 1990-91 instead of 1991-92 as the subject Economics got Govt. concurrence and affiliation from the session 1990-91, the admissibility of my post in subject Economics may kindly be corrected for counting qualifying service period towards post retiral benefits for which act of kindness, I shall be obliged.”

Learned ASC, appearing for the OPs fairly agrees to instruct his client to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as has been aired in the subject representation, in a time bound way, if all contentions of the

parties are kept open. With this proposal counsel for the petitioner is also agreeable.

In the above circumstances, petition is disposed off. A period of two months is prescribed for considering the subject representation at Annexure-10 and also to inform result of such consideration to the petitioner. To facilitate easy and effective consideration, petitioner is at liberty to file a comprehensive representation, along with the materials vouching his claim, within two weeks to the answering OP. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
