Order No. 01. The short grievance of the petitioner is as to non-consideration of a slew of representations at Annexure-9 series wherein, inter alia, he has sought for a direction to implement some MSME Policy, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that when representations of the kind are given, it is the bounden duty of the State and its functionaries to consider the same so that the State Policy is implemented to the benefit of class of people intended. This having not happened, learned counsel submits, this Court should come to the aid of his clients. He also quotes Article 350 of the Constitution of India in support of his contention.

Learned AGA Mr. Jee on request, accepting notice for the official OPs fairly agrees with the suggestion of this Court that the subject representations should meet their fate in accordance with law and in a reasonable period. However, he puts a caveat that all contentions of the

parties shall be kept open and that the petitioner should be directed to cooperate in the process. With this, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is agreeable.

In the above circumstances, petition is disposed off. A period of two months is prescribed for considering the subject representations at Annexure 9 series and also to inform result of such consideration to the petitioner. To facilitate easy and effective consideration, petitioner is at liberty to file a comprehensive representation, along with the materials vouching his claim, within two weeks to OP No.2. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
