The petitioner is aggrieved by the cancellation of her selection as Anganwadi Worker of Kiranali Anganwadi Centre as per order dated 01.10.2024 passed by the CDPO basing on order passed by the Sub-Collector on the same date. It is contended that the cancellation of the selection was arbitrary and without any justified reason. In similar circumstances, persons affected by the same order approached this Court in W.P.(C). Nos. 26812 of 2024, 26991 of 2024 and 27290 of 2024. This Court, by judgment passed on 10.07.2025, set aside the order of cancellation holding that the same is arbitrary and unreasonable. The petitioner claims that her case is also covered by the ratio decided in the aforementioned case.

This Court finds that the petitioner has not approached the competent authority highlighting her grievance. In such view of the

matter, the writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sub-Collector, Kamakhyanagar by submitting representation highlighting her grievance along with a copy of the judgment passed by this Court in the aforementioned case.
