10. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioners and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-

“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court shall be pleased to admit this Writ Petition, issue RULE NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the order dated 17.3.2021 (Annexure-18) passed by O.P. No.1 shall not be quashed and as to why the services of the Petitioners as Community Organizers shall not be regularized in consonance with Govt. Resolution dated 15.02.2014 (under Annexure-9) and orders passed under Annexure- 14 Series with all consequential service benefits from the initial date of joining i.e. from 01.09.2012 in service.

And if the Opp. Parties or any of the Opp.Party fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said RULE NISI be made absolute and the writ be allowed accordingly, by issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ be issued to the Opp.Parties commanding them to regularize the services of the petitioners as Community Organizers w.e.f. from their date of joining i.e., from 03.09.2012 and to pay all their consequential service benefits from the said date.

And pass any such order/orders as deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

And for the act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray.”

4 . It is contended by the learned counsels appearing for the parties that the issue involved in present Writ Petition is covered by an order of this Court so passed on 01.12.2025 in W.P.(C) No.17483 of 2021 and batch.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions made, this Court while quashing order dated 17.03.2021 so issued under Annexure-18 by O.P. No.1, disposed of the present Writ Petition in the light of the order passed on 01.12.2025 in W.P.(C) No.17483 of 2021 and batch.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
