01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner challenges the order of suspension dated 20.08.2024 (Annexure-4) passed by the Sub-Collector, Kamakhyanagar suspending the retail license of the petitioner, i.e., Fair Price Sub-Retailer of village-Garudabandhi under Bhuban Block for alleged violation of clauses of OPDS (Control) Order, 2016 read with OPDS (Control) 2nd amendment order 2022.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall move the appellate authority under the provision of paragraph-19 of the OPDS (Control) Order 2016.
