3 . Learned counsel refer to the mediation report dated 24.02.2025, wherein both the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. A. Mishra and learned counsel for the opposite parties no.2 and 3, Mr. A.K. Choudhury have put their respective signature in all pages accepting the mediation report.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties no.2 and 3 refers to the proceeding held on earlier dates in the mediation and submits that those proceedings may also be referred to for deciding the writ petition.

5. In considered opinion of this Court the mediation proceeding has resulted in successful resolution of the dispute. The report dated 24.02.2025 by the Mediator has been accepted and duly signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite parties no.2 and 3 in the Mediation

Proceeding No.280 of 2024. The report is available at Flag-‘G’ of the brief.

6. The terms of successful resolution as recorded

are reproduced herein:

“1.That, the petitioner shall pay the entire loan amount of Rs.37,00,000/- (Rupees thirty seven lakhs only) by 31^st July, 2025.

2. That, on payment of full and final amount of Rs.37 lakhs the gold ornaments pledged are to be returned immediately along with No Due Certificate (NDC) with respect to three gold loans.”

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of report dated 24.02.2025 in the mediation proceeding as recorded above.
