05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been decided by this Court in W.P.(C) No.11643 of 2023 vide order dated 07.11.2025.
4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to quash the impugned order dtd.17.03.2020 under Annexure-7 and while quashing the same, dispose of the Writ Petition in the light of the order passed by this Court on 07.11.2025 in W.P.(C) No.11643 of 2023.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
