Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks a direction

from this Court to the Opposite Parties to release the pending dues of the hire and fuel bill of the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-02BY-1213 from the month of December 2023 to June 2024.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had engaged a vehicle bearing Regd. No.OD02BY-1213 vide letter No.1467/VII-218/2023 dated

10.05.2023 by the Opposite Party No.3. In compliance of the letter dated 10.05.2023, the Petitioner executes an agreement between himself and the Opposite Party No.3 for hiring of his Honda Amaze vehicle with certain terms and conditions. As per the agreement, the Petitioner received all the bills from the Opposite Party No.3. But all of a sudden, the Petitioner did not receive the hiring and fuel bill from the month of December 2023 to June 2024 from the Opposite Party No.3. Thereafter, the Petitioner approached the Opposite Parties several times, but till date the Opposite Party No.3 has not disbursed the legitimate claim of the Petitioner.

In such view of the matter and without going into the merit of the case, the Petitioner is directed to approach the Opposite Party No.3/the District Social Welfare Officer, District-Rayagada and the Opposite Party No.3/the District Social Welfare Officer, DistrictRayagada shall clear the dues of the aforesaid hire vehicle of the Petitioner at the earliest preferably within
