The Petitioner, by filing this Writ Petition, has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.6/ Superintending Engineer, Rural Water Supply & Sanitation, Puri, to supply the drinking water from the existing water supply project to the Petitioners along with villagers of the Petitioners only.

He further seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.5/Collector, Puri to dispose of the

representation dated 03.03.2025 vide Annexure-4 in accordance with law.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that before approaching this Court, the Petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Opposite Party No.5/Collector, Puri by way of representation dated 03.03.2025 vide Annexure-4. He further submits that the said grievance of the Petitioner is still pending.

4 . He, accordingly, prays that a direction may be issued to the Opposite Party No.5/Collector, Puri for considering the said grievance of the Petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and on going through the averments made in this Writ Petition, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party No.5/ Collector, Puri by way of a fresh representation within a period of two weeks hence. In such event, the Opposite Party No.5/ Collector, Puri shall dispose of the said representation by passing a reasoned order within a period of one month from the
