This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Though the present Election Petition so also Interlocutory Application were disposed of vide common order dated 19.11.2025, it was brought to the notice of this Court that in the third line of Paragraph No.36, the words “State Legislative Assembly” have been wrongly typed instead of “Lok Sabha”. Hence, the Election Petition has been listed today under the heading “To Be Mentioned” at the instance of the Court.
3. Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent No.1 appears through virtual mode. However, neither the Election Petitioner nor his Counsel appears when the matter is called.
4. The mistake crept in the third line of paragraph No.36 of the order dated 19.11.2025, being a typographical error, be corrected and read as “Lok Sabha”, instead of
“State Legislative Assembly”. The rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered. The certified copy of the said order, if already taken, be produced before the Copying Section for necessary correction, if so required.
5. In view of the correction of the common order dated 19.11.2025 passed in the Election Petition No.30 of 2024 so also I.A. No.10 of 2025, as detailed above, Registry is directed to delete the said order dated 19.11.2025 and upload the corrected order in the website of this Court at the earliest.
