Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 4 to enquire into the allegations made by the Petitioner under Annexure-1 & 2 and to protect the life of the Petitioner by the Aska Police Station.

Learned counsel for the State has placed the written instructions by the IIC, Aska, P.S. in connection with the matter. The written instruction is taken on record.

In the written instructions of the IIC, Aska, P.S., it is mentioned that the allegations appearing in the complaint of the Petitioner are baseless and there is no question with

regard to the allegations that the constable is engaged as middle man and collecting money from the Businessman for his illegal wealth.

It is further informed in the instruction that the Annexure-1 & 2 addressed to the petition by the Petitioner does not contain the signature and those are filed by the Petitioner during the month of April, 2025, but the seal affixed on it support of its receipt on 19.05.2025 that cast serious doubt on the date of its sending to different quarters. However, a counter charge has been established against the Petitioner in connection with Aska P.S. Case No.319 of 2025.

Having regard to the aforesaid complaint and the instruction received from the IIC, Aska, it is directed that the Superintendent of Police, Ganjam, shall examine the complaint mooted by the Petitioner under Annexure-1 & 2 so also the instructions received from the IIC, Aska and proceed with a discreet inquiry in respect to the allegations made under Annexure-1 with all fairness and diligence and in the event, any such material would be forth coming, the same be taken in accordance with law with appropriate action.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one month.

Accordingly, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
