1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following relief:

“Under these above stated facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that, Your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to get admitted this Criminal Misc. Petition and may graciously be pleased to direct the Opposite Party No 2- the Superintendent off Police Crime Branch Criminal Investigation Department, Odisha, Cuttack to register a criminal case and to initiate a criminal proceeding against the accuseds of the case and to operate and enforce a fair and speedy investigation under his direct authority and supervision upon the complaint of the petitioner vide Annexure 6 within a reasonable time frame according to the provisions of law and the procedure as established by law;”

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, during the course of hearing, drew the attention of this Court to Annexures-2 & 5, claiming that both the orders were passed by the same authority on two different dates, thereby alleging a forgery done in respect to the order passed by the court. However, the issue has not yet been adjudicated or clarified by the court concerned as to which of the said orders was actually passed. At this stage, any direction by this Court to any authority for investigation would be immature.

In view the above, while this Court is not inclined to pass any direction. Accordingly, the CRLMP stands disposed of at the stage of admission.
