Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsels for the State as well as informant.

The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.1311 of 2025 pending on the file of learned JMFC-V, Bhubaneswar, arising out of Khandagiri P.S. Case No.515 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 318(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that false allegations have been made and to fortify his submission he places on record an affidavit which is taken on record.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant that the Petitioner is always threating to

interfere in her work place at AIIMS and also trying to contact her over the landline.

Such allegations are refuted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Considering that the offences are ex facie bailable in nature, the ABLAPL is disposed of as not maintainable.

Liberty is given to the Petitioner to renew his prayer in the event he is being implicated for commission of any non-bailable offence.

Before parting with the case, this Court hopes that the Petitioner shall not indulge in any activity which would interfere in discharge of duties by the informant as a Nursing Officer of AIIMS.

Copy of this order be made over to the learned counsel for the State to take necessary follow up action.
