Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant.

The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.178 of 2025 pending on the file of learned Gram Nyayalaya Bhograi arising out of Bhograi P.S. Case No.112 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/3(5)/351(2)/80/85 of BNS read with Section 4 of DP Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that admittedly the husband of the deceased was stayed abroad and the deceased wanted to stay with him and because of her inability to join her husband, she committed suicide and being overcome by the grief of death of their daughter, the omnibus allegations have been made.

Learned counsel for the State as well as Informant opposes such prayer.

This Court perused the statement of the informant as well as the statement of one of the independent witnesses Sakina Bibi, who is stated to be a neighbour and also the post-mortem report.

Taking note of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for pre-arrest bail in respect of Petitioner No.3 (Airun Bibi @ Tabenur Bibi).

So far as ABLAPL in respect of Petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 4 is concerned, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 4 shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.

It is needless to state that the Petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 4 shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
