“During course of enquiry it is asce r tained that the op p osite party Debasmita Panda (daught e r-in-law of the pe t itioner) is allowing her mother-in-law Bhabamani Panda to meet with her child Debansh Se k har Panda and A bhilipsa Panda in Sangam Hostel, Reception Count e r which is located inside the IIT, BBS R Premises, where she and her child residing(.) She als o stated that she is n ot agreed to allow to meet her child t o any other family members of her in-laws, except her mother-inlaw(.) D uring further enquiry it is also asce r tained that, there i s dispute among themselves regardin g getting of death I nsurance money of her husband (.)”
