“ The Petitioner therefore pray that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ application and issue a Rule NISI calling upon the opp. Parties to file their show cause as to why this Writ application shall not be allowed and after hearing counsel from both sides this Hon'ble Court kindly issue a Writ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing Chief the General Manager(MSME) IDCO, At- IDCO Tower, Janpath, Bhubaneswar Dist- Khurdha i.e. the Opp Party No.2 and the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, AtAranya Bhawan, P.O/P.SG Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Dist- Khordha i.e. Opp. Party No. 3 for allotment of land for Rehabilitation of the petitioner's saw mill within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court for the ends of justice and equity;.
And/or direction may be given to the Opp. Party No.2 and 3 not to take any action on the recommendation of the meeting dated 19.10.2023 under Annexure-2 and the State Level Recommendation list under Annexure-3 of the Writ
