“The petitioner, therefore, prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to issue Rule Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why Clause 10 of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 21/11/2023 under Annexure-1 shall not be quashed and set aside and if the opposite party fails to show cause or show insufficient cause make the said Rule Nisi absolute;
And further be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari in line with aforesaid Rule NISI quashing Clause 10 of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 21/11/2023 under Annexure-1;
And pass such other order/s as deem fit and proper; As for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”
