2. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner so also learned Counsel for the State, who admits to have received copy of the writ petition.
3. Impugned is the order dated 04.07.2024 passed by the Sub-Collector, Kendrapara, which was passed being directed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.38075 of 2023 to deal with and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner.
4. After hearing the Petitioner so also going through the reasons detailed in the order dated 04.07.2024 passed by the Sub-Collector, Kendrapara, this Court is of the view that there is no illegality or perversity in
the impugned order.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
