2. This I.A. has been filed by the Opposite Party-Wife for correction/modification of order dated 02.12.2024. 3. Heard learned Counsel for the PetitionerHusband so also learned Counsel for the Opposite Party-Wife, who appears through virtual mode.
4. Mr. Nayak, learned Counsel for the Opposite Party-Wife submits, because of wrong submission made by the learned Counsel for the Opposite PartyWife, in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 02.12.2024, it has been incorrectly recorded that the PetitionerHusband so also Opposite Party-Wife are at present residing at Hyderabad, as they are serving there, which is factually incorrect. In fact, the Opposite Party-Wife is not serving anywhere. Accordingly, he prays that the
words mentioned in the last line of para-5 of the order dated 02.12.2024 i.e. “as they are serving there” be deleted.
5. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner-Husband submits, he has no objection to the prayer made in the I.A.
6. In view of the averments made in the I.A. so also the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Opposite Party-Wife, in the last line of paragraph No.5 of the order dated 02.12.2024, the words “as they are serving there” be ignored, as this being an error occurred due to the incorrect submission made by the learned Counsel for the Opposite Party-Wife. The rest part of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. Certified copy of the said order dated 02.12.2024, if already taken, be produced before the Copying Section for necessary correction.
7. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application as per rules.
