4 . Considering the submission made on behalf of the Petitioner, this Court directs the Petitioner to shift his factory constructed over the disputed property in question by 15th January, 2025.
5 . It is also made clear that if the Petitioner does not shift his factory in question within the time stipulated hereinabove, the authority concerned shall take appropriate action against the Petitioner as per law.
