05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been decided by this Court in W.P.(C) No.26453 of 2019 and batch vide order dated 23.11.2023.
4. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to quash the impugned order 17.11.2015 under Annexure-7 and while quashing the same, dispose of the Writ Petition in the light of the order passed by this Court on 23.11.2023 in W.P.(C) No.26453 of 2019 and batch.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
