3. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate produced copy of order dated 15.04.2024 showing compliance of order dated 05.01.2012, so passed in O.A. No.11 of 2012. Copy of the said order be kept in record. Copy of the same is also served on learned counsel for the petitioner in Court.

4. Since the prayer as made in the Writ Petition has been allowed, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
