In the result, the writ petition stands disposed o f with a direction to op p osite party No.1 to deal with Annexure-3 forthwith and to take a decision thereon, if necessary, by pro v iding an opportunity of personal hearing, followed by an order p referably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
