2 . None appears on behalf of the Petitioner at the time of call.
3 . History of the case record shows that recently on 20.06.2022 this matter was adjourned due to nonappearance on behalf of the Petitioner. It seems that the Petitioner has no interest to pursue this matter. Hence, this Court does not like to keep this matter pending unnecessarily as it pertains to the year 2011.
4 . Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
5 . However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court by filing a restoration application within a period of
