3. It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the judgment of this Court so passed on 18.03.2024 in W.P.(C) No.26042 of 2021.
4. In view of such submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, while quashing the order dated 18.12.2023 under Annexure-18, the present case is disposed of in the light of the order so passed in W.P.(C) No.26042 of 2021.
