05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2 . Heard Mr. A.K. Nandy, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. None appeared for the Opposite Parties when the matter was called.
3 . Even though the present writ petition has been filed challenging the initiation of the proceeding against the Petitioner and an interim order was also passed restraining the Opposite Parties to proceed with the same, but in course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner contented that appropriate direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to conclude the proceeding so initiated against the Petitioner vide order dtd.25.08.2007 under Annexure-11.
