2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the condition imposed by the learned Court below while enlarging him on bail.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not arrange the bail bond of Rs.30,000/- and two solvent sureties of like amount. Therefore, he could not be released.
4. In view of the poor financial ability of the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed by the learned Court below.
5. Accordingly, the order dated 29.03.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Jajpur is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish personal
bond and one surety.
6. The CRLMA is accordingly disposed of.
