Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

Instant contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of Court’s order in W.P.(C) No.25343 of 2023.

Mr. Patra, learned ASC for the State appearing for the opposite party/contemnor submits that the application of the petitioner has already been disposed of in the meantime with an intimation received from the opposite party/contemnor and while claiming so, he produced a copy of the letter dated 4^th Marc, 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order rejecting the application of the petitioner has not yet been communicated till date.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties, the Court is of the view that the petitioner should avail the appropriate remedy since in the meantime, the application submitted by him stands disposed of so revealed from the letter dated 4^th March, 2024 received by the Office of the learned Advocate General, Cuttack.

Leaving it open for the petitioner to avail the remedy in view of the disposal of the application having been brought to the notice of the Court by the opposite party/contemnor intimated to the Office of the learned Advocate General, Cuttack, the contempt petition stands disposed of and the proceeding hereby dropped.
