for the petitioner further submitted that the investigation has progressed substantially in the meantime. Further referring to the allegation made in the prosecution report, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a total quantity of 1200 litres of ID liquors was recovered in connection with the present case. He further contended that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He also contended that the petitioner is having five similar criminal antecedents. He further submitted that the coaccused namely Manmath Mohapatra in ABLAPL No.8169 of 2024 vide order dated 13.08.2024 has been released on bail. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as this Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
