1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

These two Interlocutory Applications have arisen out of BLAPL No.7784 of 2024.

The petitioner has prayed for modification of one of the condition No.4 of this bail order passed on dated 27.11.2024 in BLAPL No.7784 of 2024, as the case is pending against him in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri, but, he (petitioner) is in Aska Jail, for which, it is not possible on his part to deposit money through STDR at Puri.

So, taking the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is felt proper to allow both the Interlocutory

Applications.

Therefore, the condition no.(iv) in paragraph-8 of the final order dated 27.11.2024 passed in BLAPL No.7784 of 2024 is modified as follows:-

The petitioner-Gobardhan Patra @ Patro shall deposit of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) only in the name of the court, i.e., learned S.D.J.M., Puri in an interest fetching account till the final disposal of the case with an undertaking that, the said amount with interest shall be subject to any order passed under BNSS, 2023 including an order under Section 395 of the BNSS, 2023 by the court in seisin over the matter.

The petitioner is directed to furnish the earlier order passed in BLAPL No.7784 of 2024 along with this modified order relating to condition No.(iv) before the learned S.D.J.M., Puri in G.R. Case No.33 of 2023 for his release on bail.

Accordingly, both the Interlocutory Applications are disposed of finally.
