Petitioner that earlier this matter was not before any other Bench of this Court. He further submitted that the Petitioner is aged about 20 years and he has been languishing in jail custody since 08.06.2024. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further contended that the investigation has substantially progressed and charge sheet is likely to be filed very soon. Further, referring to the F.I.R., learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., but subsequently on the basis of the co-accused statement, he has been entangled in this case. He further submitted that the Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent at all. He further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the present Petitioner. He also submitted that the Petitioner belongs to the locality, therefore, there is no chance of his absconding. On such ground, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner be released on bail on any terms and conditions that would be imposed by this Court which the Petitioner shall abide by while on bail.
